Luggagedesigners wants you to love your luggage. We want to work with you so your luggage is unique and customizable for your personal travel needs. Our goal is for you to have an easily identifiable piece of luggage that you have fun with and helps ease any travel frustration. Our unique luggage retreival tag system helps assure that if your luggage is ever lost or stolen that someone has a way to report it to us and we can get that item back to you as soon as possible.

 
Luggagedesigners reserves the right to refuse any graphic that may be deemed inappropriate or obscene to any group or individual. We reserve the right because we wish to bring only fun and happiness to our customers and their friends. Our goal is to never harm or injure anyone or make anyone think badly of our product.

Luggagedesigners recognizes that not all luggage is conducive towards accepting graphics because of the material or design of the luggage. We promise to try our best to deliver a quality item with the graphic of your choice. However on some occasions there may not be a solution. We will contact you with some alternatives but if in the end we cannot satisfy you order we will promptly refund your purchase.

We use your personal information solely to help us service your account, to improve our services to you, to provide you with the products you have requested, and to inform you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you. We use the information you provide regarding yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We use the information you provide regarding someone else when placing an order only to ship the product to them and to confirm delivery. We use the return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive.

Will Luggage Designeres disclose the information it collects to give to outside parties?

Luggage Designers will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

How does Luggagedesigners.com use cookies?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’ s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide tailored information from our web site and store items in your shopping cart between visits. A special note concerning children’ s privacy.

The safety of children is obviously very important to us. Children should always ask a parent or guardian for permission before sending personal information to anyone online. Luggagedesigners does not knowingly collect or maintain information at our website from those who are under age 18.

How does Luggage Designers protect customer information?

When you place an order or access your account information, our servers use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL). SSL encrypts, or scrambles, your information while in transit to us, and it can only be decrypted, or unscrambled, by an authorized computer. Furthermore, all the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
 

Cancellation Policy

Non-designed luggage cancellation requests must be submitted to the accounts and billing department of Luggagedesigners.com within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order.  You may submit your cancellation request by email to customerservice@luggagedesigners.com. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the accounts department of luggagedesigners.com will act as proof of the cancellation of your product.

*Custom designed luggage will go into production as early as eight (8) hours of placing your order, so therefore your order for personalized luggage must be cancelled within that eight (8) hour window.  If the product is not cancelled within eight (8) hours of placing your order, the product becomes yours.  Please see our return policy.

Dakine orders may take an additional 6-10 business days processing time if the product is not in stock and ordered direct from the manufacturer.
Return Policy   

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Luggagedesigners.  It is our goal to ensure that every purchase made with us meets your expectations.  If for any reason you find a need to return your purchase, please follow our return instruction below. 

·                 We offer two options to make your return experience as simple as possible.

A.  For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return label at which the shipping cost for return will be the responsibility of the customer.   Our pricing structure for your return which will be deducted from your refund as follows:

$0.00 - $19.99 = $4.95

$20.00 - $59.99 = $6.95

$60.00 - $89.99 = 9.99

$90.00 - $149.99 = $14.99

$150.00 and over = $24.99

B.  At your own expense, you may return your unwanted merchandise for a full refund to the address below:

(Please notify us in advance of your return and include your pack slip and/or order number to insure proper refund is made to your account) 

·                 You may return your item within 30 days of the shipment date for refund.  Items returned for refund must be in original packaging, in new/unused condition with labels and hang tags still intact.  Note:  Missing packaging, missing hang tags, items deemed slightly used may be subject to a 50% reduction of the purchase price. (locks, luggage straps, scales, and any merchandise in a blister package cannot be returned once opened).

·                 Once an order has been placed on the truck for shipment, we are not able to cancel your order.  Please notify us right away of cancellation inquiries so that we may cancel the order prior to processing.

·                 If a shipment has been returned to sender due to incorrect delivery information by the buyer or failure to receive/pick up shipment, all additional costs for non-delivery will be deducted from your return. 

·                 Any expedited shipping costs purchased by the buyer will be non-refundable for returned items.

·                 Any used/damaged/defective merchandise returned to our facility will not be refunded.

Note:  If an item has arrived damaged/defective, the buyer must notify us immediately for further assistance.

·                 We do not handle warranty claims and ask that the buyer notify the manufacturer of any concern related to their product.  Orders placed more than 30 days beyond the shipment date should be addressed with the manufacturer directly.  You will find the manufacturer’ s warranty and contact information on the hang tag attached to your merchandise.

·                 We do not exchange items but rather ask that you return your unwanted item and place a new order for the piece(s) you are interested in.
